We train educators, parents, corporations, athletes, and students. We offer mindfulness courses and workshops both online and in person.
Siri Chandler is a Certified Mindful Self-Compassion teacher and an experienced trained Mindfulness Educator. She has been practicing mindfulness for over 30 years and started teaching mindfulness in 2011.
She facilitates retreats, courses, and workshops in-person and online
and is especially drawn to bringing mindfulness into daily life in a practical way and am enthusiastic to share this way of being with others.

This course is designed for those who have already graduated from the CDP and wish to continue to deepen and embody self-compassion skills within community.
This training is designed for athletes who want to build mental strength and perform at their peak, especially while under pressure. It will specifically focus on how to stay steady and focused before and during events. You will be introduced to practical short exercises and skills to help bring presence and supportive attitudes to your sport and to life in general.
