I have practiced Mindful Self-Compassion with Siri extensively over the past year and have no hesitation in speaking to how much I respect her commitment and appreciate her steady and warm presence. In the area of teaching both Mindfulness and Self-Compassion I regard Siri as highly skilled. Siri brings warmth, authenticity and a loving connected sense of humanness to her teaching, Married in with this is the wisdom that shines through in her teaching of her long term personal practice. it is a rare gift to have a teacher like Siri, on who brings such embodiment to what they are teaching.
