This curriculum is designed for children aged 7-11. The course contains 6 themes which can be taught in twelve 30-minute lessons or six 1-hour lessons. It is a training in concentration and self-awareness which can help young people respond better to the demands of school life as well as in their interactions with peers and family. Children learn about the brain and are introduced to mindfulness in a fun way; taught with visuals, film clips and activities that bring mindfulness to life without losing the integrity of classic mindfulness teaching.
