WELCOME TO MINDFULNESS THAILAND

We train educators, parents, corporations, athletes, and students. We offer mindfulness courses and workshops both online and in person.

Siri Chandler is a Certified Mindful Self-Compassion teacher and an experienced trained Mindfulness Educator. She has been practicing mindfulness for over 30 years and started teaching mindfulness in 2011.

She facilitates retreats, courses, and workshops in-person and online

and is especially drawn to bringing mindfulness into daily life in a practical way and am enthusiastic to share this way of being with others.

CDP NEW YEARS RETREAT

3 & 4 January 2025 (24 hours)

The Community for Deepening Practice (CDP) will be offering a 24-hour celebration of life for the coming year — an opportunity to gather and share a variety of practices (creative practice, meditation, movement, and more) with friends as we enter the new year. The MSC program is scientifically-supported and based on the groundbreaking research and clinical work of Kristin Neff and Christopher Germer, two of the world’s leading experts on self-compassion. The training offers practical ways to bring more compassion into your daily life.

This training is designed for athletes who want to build mental strength and perform at their peak, especially while under pressure. It will specifically focus on how to stay steady and focused before and during events.  You will be introduced to practical short exercises and skills to help bring presence and supportive attitudes to your sport and to life in general.
