Siri Chandler
Siri is a Certified Teacher of Mindful Self-Compassion and an experienced mindfulness educator. She is a dual Thai-American national living in Pranburi, Thailand. Her genuineness, kindness and personal experience of the benefits of MSC and MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) infuse her courses with a special personal touch. As an enthusiastic life-long learner, she devotes her time to continuously deepening her own practice which she has been cultivating over the past 25 years. She is especially drawn to bringing mindfulness into daily life in a practical way. She enjoys kiteboarding, trekking, and walking with her dogs on the beach.

Change is inevitable and life transitions come in many forms: having children, getting married, moving house, new jobs, etc… These trainings help bring awareness to what your unique needs are. You’ll be invited to tap into your own wisdom and gain a deeper understanding about best ways to navigate through your moments. No experience in meditation or mindfulness is necessary. Everyone is welcome.
Course Details

Guided instruction in mindfulness meditation practices

Practical experiential exercises

Practical ways to bring learning into daily life

Class Preparation:

Technology needs: A strong, reliable internet connection & access to a computer or tablet that is at least 10 inches. Phones or mini-tablets are not encouraged because they impede our ability to see each other and feel connected during group discussions.

Confidentiality and respect for privacy are important aspects of the training. Please make sure that you are joining class from a private space.

Various practices will involve writing. Please bring a pen and notepad to each class.
